1. How to order

a.) Register at our web site.
b.) Login.
c.) Shop our products and click the "Add To Cart" button to add your selected items into "My Cart".
d.) You can click "My Cart" to check or delete your selected items or to update quantity.
e.) Once you have confirmed with your selected items, click "Confirm Order".
f.) Your will go into "My order" list. It show the details of your order.
g.) Do your payment for Amount of purchase items + shipping cost.
h.) Inform us by email: your order no, delivery information and attach with bank slip.
i.) Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send out your parcel and inform you the tracking number by email.

4. How to know my order status and what does it means

a.) Login to our web site.
b.) Click "My Order". It will show your order's status.

Status definition :
Pending
Your order has been received and pending for your payment.
Processing
Your order is being processed and your payment was received.
Shipped
Your order has been shipped.
Complete
Your order has been completed.
Cancelled
Your order had been cancelled.

5. How to trace parcel

Once we have sent out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by email. You can either go to our home page or PosLaju to track your parcel.

6. Support

1. Click "Feedback" from our menu.
2. Fill in the feedback form.
3. Try to describe your questions as details as possible.
4. Our support team will assit you via email or phone.
