How to use as step down voltage with current limit

1. Press right button to select display output voltage; adjust left variable resistor to your expected voltage.
2. Press right button to select display output current; short output '+' with output '-' by using a jumper wires.
3. Adjust right variable resistor to your expected current.
4. Connect to your load.
